Set a notification when you leave a dinner with your friends, when you go pick up your kids from school, when you go on a road trip, etc. and notify your husband/wife, your family, or your friends when you arrive at your destination. You will be able to edit your places and their notification details once they have been configured. Your recent notifications are also listed to make sure you didn't skip any.
